In case you don't want to miss out on a car you see, you can put any car on hold with a nonrefundable $1000 (holds car for 7 days, or $2000 for a hold for 2 weeks) deposit via debit/credit card over the phone. (We do charge 3% on all cards in person or 4% over the phone, as this is what they charge us.) The deposit applies to the balance once picked up! All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. *VERY IMPORTANT—READ THIS*— We PAY to have every vehicle inspected before we buy it, and then we inspect the vehicle once we pick it up. Then we make sure that it's sound for a great experience, fixing up things to ensure the car is fit to drive safely home. We guarantee a good test drive on the major components such as the engine, transmission, etc. We guarantee a safe drive home once you buy the vehicle, which no one else does. We are picky ourselves, which means that you can expect good braking, good tires, and a good ride and drive concurrent with the year and miles. (COMMON SENSE!!!). We provide a CARFAX report on every vehicle to show you its history before you buy it, as well as 20-plus pictures showcasing the car in its entirety. We also verbally walk you through the car inside and out BEFORE you put a deposit on it. So if all this is good for you, then put a deposit on it if you want it. BUT WHAT WE DON'T TOLERATE are DRAMA QUEENS who want to come out with flashlights and blankets to roll around on the ground for time on end and nitpickers who want to tear the car apart piece by piece. Putting a deposit on the car doesn't give you the right to come here for HOURS to REINSPECT it after having done it before you came, aside from the brief walkaround and long (10-mile) test drive. WE DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS, and we DO NOT WANT YOU to put a deposit on the car if you are just going to try to find a way to complain about the car. THIS IS NOT HOW WE BUY CARS OR SELL CARS... We always have very near-new cars that cost $75,000 if that's what you want... they don't have any damage, any oil seepage, or other NORMAL wear and tear that ANY car will have that is older than 5 years old and has more than 30,000 miles. In other words, if 3 inspections, a FREE TEST DRIVE AFTER you buy the car guaranteeing you a SAFE DRIVE HOME, which means WE WON'T LET YOU BUY A LEMON, as well as a CARFAX REPORT, 20-plus pictures, plus the verbal walk-through with Charlie on the phone, is enough for you, then you can put a deposit on the car. We do more for our customers than any other dealer, and we know that, but we do not want bad customers to have unrealistic expectations. If that's you, then DO NOT put a deposit on the car; just take your chance that it will be here when you're ready. WHAT WE EXPECT with deposits are VERY FAST TRANSACTIONS because WE DELIVER WHAT WE PROMISED—nothing else. Like checking into a hotel room, it's the same expectation here. Walk around the car, take it for a 10-mile test drive, and *WHOALA!!* —we are done in another 10 minutes of paperwork. NO DRAMA!!!
